Cookies we use

Essential. A single entry in your browser's local storage remembers your cookie choice, so we don't ask again on every page. It holds one word: whether you allowed analytics. Nothing else, and it is never sent anywhere.

Analytics - only with your permission. If you choose "Allow analytics" we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-YGQKZ4303S), which sets cookies to count visits and tell us which pages people read. Until you allow it, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and no request is made to Google. If you choose "Essentials only", nothing is loaded and nothing is measured.

What Google Analytics sees

Pages viewed, roughly where in the world you are, which site or search sent you, and what kind of device and browser you use. We use it to decide what to write and what to fix. We have not enabled Google Ads features, advertising personalisation or data sharing for advertising.

When you fill in a form

The contact and demo forms are handled by MailerLite, who process the details on our behalf so we can reply. We use what you send us - your name, email, company and message - to answer you and to follow up about your enquiry. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone else for marketing.

Changing your mind

Clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser settings and the choice is forgotten, so you will be asked again on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies at any time without losing access to anything on this site.

Your rights and how to reach us

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Write to hello@openkoda.com and we will handle it. Openkoda is built by a team based in Wrocław, Poland, in the EU, so the GDPR applies to how we handle your data.
