Arkadiusz has spent two decades building complex systems for banks and insurers, in CIO and CTO roles at big companies and startups alike. He co-founded Openkoda to make that kind of software faster, and a lot less painful, to build.
Michał Głomba
CRO, Co-Founder
Michał has spent over 20 years leading insurance software projects, and studied software engineering and AI in Wrocław, where our R&D team is based today. As co-founder he looks after our client conversations, so he's usually the first person you'll talk to.

Michalina is our insurance domain expert, with a strong maths background and years of hands-on work alongside global insurers and reinsurers. She's the one who turns messy, real-world requirements into a product that actually makes sense.
