Arkadiusz Drysch is an enterprise architect with over 20 years of experience building complex high performance systems, previously working with Deloitte designing large insurance solutions (e.g. PZU) and with Mennica Skarbowa as a CTO responsible for the omnichannel retail system with real-time pricing engine of precious metals and for their physical gold trading platform.

Michał Głomba has over 20 years experience in software engineering, IT project management and software teams leadership. Prior to founding Openkoda, Michał founded a software development company Stratoflow, was a software development manager at Aptitude (LSE: APTD), building high performance financial systems for the major investment banks, insurance, and financial companies (HSBC, RBC Capital Markets, ING, Swiss Re, Lloyds).
