Openkoda was born from a simple idea: there had to be a better way. After over 20 years of developing high-performance enterprise software for leading names in insurance and finance, we continually faced the same challenges: “Why is this taking so long?” and “Why is it so difficult to customize?”
Having built solutions for some of the most demanding industries, we knew there had to be a more efficient, flexible approach that didn’t sacrifice quality.
We decided to create a platform that transforms how enterprise applications are developed — one that’s faster, highly adaptable, and upholds the rigorous standards of financial industries.
Arkadiusz is a former Deloitte professional with 20 years of experience in building complex systems for organizations such as Santander, Barclays and PZU. He also has held multiple CIO/CTO roles at technology and finance companies and startups.

Michał brings over 20 years of leadership and project management experience in delivering high-performance systems, with a particular focus on the insurance sector. Michał has worked with major insurers and reinsurers, including Swiss Re and Lloyd’s, as well as leading investment banks such as HSBC, RBC Capital Markets, and ING.
