Strategic project management system for real estate

Managing large-scale construction projects is not only technically challenging, but also legally complex. Our client, a leading real estate management company, needed a system to efficiently manage these processes. When planning complex construction, it’s essential to navigate legal issues, identify parties affected by the project, and manage various legal statuses.

We designed and developed a comprehensive project management system from scratch using Java, PostgreSQL, Angular, and PWA with GeoServer components. The system was integrated with GIS to provide a visual overview of the infrastructure and identify stakeholders to negotiate with. It managed the entire process from cost estimation to field survey and project costing. This system allowed for seamless integration with external data sources to effectively manage the complexity of the project.

The system has been used successfully in numerous infrastructure projects. Its multi-tenancy architecture allowed multiple organizations to use it for different projects. This flexibility and comprehensive management capability significantly improved the efficiency and legal compliance of the client’s construction projects. It also facilitated smoother execution and better stakeholder management.
